Hyderabad: The former minister, Mr Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, today faulted the Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, for charging the Jagan group MLAs of cross voting.
Talking to mediapersons here on Saturday, Mr Balineni alleged that the Chief Minister himself had deliberately planned to defeat the Congress senior leader, Mr Mohd. Jani as he was a close associate of the late chief minister Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. He said he and others (of the Jagan) group had requested the Chief Minister to allot their votes to the AIMIM. While these were the facts, it is ridiculous on the part of Chief Minister to blame Jagan, he added. (NSS)
