The CBI is likely to submit the preliminary inquiry report in the Kadapa MP, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s illegal assets case and Emaar case to the AP High Court on July 26. Sources said that the CBI had recorded the statements of investors and several companies over the last 10 days.
Jagati Publications Limited, owned by Mr Jagan, is under focus. The CBI verified the allotments of lands, SEZs and projects to the companies that had invested in Mr Jagan’s firms.
The HC had directed the CBI to submit the report within two weeks based on the letter written by the minister, Mr P. Shankar Rao. Deccan Chronicle
