Tirupati: The two-day visit of the Praja Rajyam party president-turned Congress leader, Mr K Chiranjeevi, to his constituency caused a new head-ache and problem to the former megastar.

During his visit, the Congress and PRP activists openly clashed in the very presence of Mr Chiranjeevi. When the former megastar called on the Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanam Executive Officer in the latter’s office this morning, the activists of both the parties pushed each other leading to a clash. The Congress activists provoked the PRP workers saying that they were not getting importance during Mr Chiranjeevi’s tour. When the Congress men tried to enter the TTD EO’s chamber along with Mr Chiranjeevi, the PRP activists obstructed them leading to heated arguments and jostling,

When Mr Chiranjeevi arrived in the holy town on Wednesday, the PRP workers were outnumbered by the Congress members.
