Heavy rains in Adilabad, more expect

Hyderabad: The Met office on Thursday said that heavy rains have been recorded in the state, with Chinnoor of Adilabad district receiving 10 CM of rains, Avanigadda in Krishna district and Madnoor in Nizamabad district 9 CM each, Visakhapatnam, Manthani in Karimnagar district, Parkal in Warangal district 7 CM each.

The Met office further said that moderate to rather heavy rain or thundershowers would occur at many places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh until the morning of July 30, with a possible increase in rainfall in the area.

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers would occur at a few places over Telangana and Rayalaseema.

Isolated heavy rain would occur over Coastal Andhra Pradesh during next 48 hours.

Generally cloudy skies would be seen in Hyderabad city and its neighbourhood while rain or thundershowers could occur in parts of the city.

The Maximum and Minimum temperatures would be around 33 and 23 degrees Celsius respectively.
