Several surveys have confirmed that Hyderabad was the second best city in the country for investments. The State government was ready to extend possible help to develop infrastructure in Hyderabad, which emerged as a hub of employment opportunities, he added.
He said Infosys Campus, which would come up near Pocharam, would provide 45,000 direct jobs while TCS, which would come up at Adibatla, would create 25,000 jobs. Besides, Wipro would provide 12,000 jobs in the next two years.
Stating that the urban population in the country would reach 580 million by 2030, CREDA national president Shekhar Reddy informed that Rs 72 lakh crores of investments were required to develop the infrastructure to meet the demand.
