It’s Congress that stirred bifurcation issue: Yanamala

Vijayawada: The TDP senior leader and Politburo member, Mr Yanamala Rama Krishnudu, has alleged that it was the Congress party that was responsible for the ongoing Telangana problem and hence it was its duty to solve it.

Talking to the media here on Wednesday, Mr Yanamala said the Congress had unnecessarily created this problem at a stage when the State was making rapid strides of advancement. He said Mr Veerappa Moili and Union Home Minister, Mr P. Chidambaram, should own the responsibility for the present situation, Mr Rama Krishnudu has said.

Condemning the remarks of Mr Chidambaram, he said they were provocative and might lead to law and order problem in the State. He demanded that the Centre should make a clear announcement that the State would not be divided.
