Sangareddy (Medak): The former commissioner of Election Commission of India, Mr J.M. Lingdoh, on Friday stressed the urgent need for bringing reforms in the election process in the country.
Speaking to mediapersons here today, Mr Lingdoh felt that there was need to curb increasing election expenditure by the contesting candidates. However, he refused to comment on the reservations in Local bodies elections in the State.
