Hyderabad: That politics is a funny game was proved once again when YSR Congress chief, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, visited Tirupati on a whirlwind trip on Sunday amid tight police escort.
The Kadapa MP was in town to attend the engagement function of his cousin Mr Y.S. Sumadhur Reddy (son of YSR’s brother, Mr Y.S. Ravindranath Reddy) with Ms Neeha Reddy (daughter of the former TTD chairman, Mr B. Karunakar Reddy). During the occasion he was seen hugging his father’s close companion and senior Congress leader, Mr K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao.
The spectacle came as a surprise to many at the venue as the two had supposedly parted ways after some misunderstandings. Mr Ramachandra Rao’s wife also came up and hugged Mr Jagan and exchanged pleasantries with Ms Y.S. Vijayalakshmi. Deccan Chronicle
