When specifically asked what the MLAs will do in case a no-confidence motion comes up in the Winter Session of the Assembly, Mr Adinar-ayana Reddy said, “We vote against the motion and defeat it.” Replying to a question on how he and others will continue in the Congress without assurance of party tickets in the 2014 elections, he said that the selection of candidates at the time of the elections is a different story. Even in the present set up there is no guarantee that all will get tickets and get re-elected. He was critical of MLAs changing parties, which has become routine and gave the example of Dr M. V. Mysoora Reddy and Mr G. Veera Siva Reddy. He denied that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy had distributed money to the defecting MLAs who joined him. “You all don’t know about Jagan. He will not even offer a cup of tea, leave alone giving money,” he said.DC
