Hyderabad: The Movie Artistes’ Association president, Mr Murali Mohan, paid homage to the veteran character actor Nuthan Prasad, who breathed his last on Wednesday morning.
Paying rich tributes to Nuthan Prasad, Mr Murali Mohan said that the departed was a typical actor, who could amuse the audience even in the face of sorrow and displayed his own style in acting as well as dialogue delivery.
Recollecting his association with the late actor, Mr Murali Mohan said that he knew Mr Nuthan Prasad very well ever since he has been working in dramas. He also said that he was such a good natured man who used to stand by the trusted people in their face of adversities. “When we went to the hospital to call on him when he lost his both legs in an accident, he said with a smile on his face that the handsome man of one hundred and one districts has become handicapped”, he recalled. He said that Nuthan Prasad woke up early in the morning today and went to bed again after completing his daily chores. But he passed away while asleep.
According to the family members, his funeral would take be held at the ESI graveyard. (NSS)
