Kadapa: The YSR Congress chief and the party candidate for the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat, Mr Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, has clarified that his party would have no truck with the BJP.
Addressing election rallies, Mr Jagan has dismissed the allegations to that effect and said that it was a plot to wean the Muslim votes away from him by the Congress and the TDP. He has questioned how he could join hands with the BJP which opposed reservations to the Muslims.
Mr Jagan has alleged that the Congress party has colluded with the TDP to defeat him and his mother. He has also alleged that they were bringing truck loads of money to distribute to the voters. He declared that they both would win despite the ruling party and the main Opposition using money and muscle power. He also alleged that his party workers were being harassed by the police at the behest of the ruling party leaders. (NSS)
