Warangal, Feb.15 (NSS): The IT Minister, Mr Ponnala Lakshmaiah, has called upon employees to ensure that the people were not put to difficulties because of the non-cooperation movement they propose to launch.
Talking to newsmen here, Mr Lakshmaiah cautioned that the government has to take steps to ensure that the people did not suffer, as it was its duty. He has, however, admitted that in a democracy, people had the right to protest and bring pressure on the government. At the same time, the government has also the duty to ensure that the people did not suffer, he maintained. He said the employees would be given counseling if they cause trouble to the people. (NSS)
