Hyderabad: The Telangana Political JAC chairman, Prof. Kodandaram, here on Monday met the Home Minister, Ms P Sabita Indra Reddy, and requested her not to conduct written examination for recruitment of police sub-inspectors till the controversial clause 14(F) in the Presidential Order was removed.
Calling on the Home Minister in her chamber in the Secretariat, Prof. Kodandaram told the former that the unemployed youths of Telangana were totally disappointed due to the controversial clause and urged her to remove the hurdles for conduct of SI recruitment examination at the earliest. He also complained to the Home Minister that the Telangana candidates were rendered great injustice in the recruitment of police constables.
Speaking to mediapersons later, Prof. Kodandaram said that they would intensify the agitation if the government failed to render justice to the jobless of the region. (NSS)
