Satya Sai Baba’s condition remains critical

Puttaparti (Anantapur), April 17 : Dr Safaya, Director of the Satya Sai Institute of Medical Sciences, in a medical bulletin this afternoon said that the condition of the seer continues to remain critical. However, there was improvement in the functioning of his lungs but he continues to be on ventilator support and dialysis, Dr Safaya added.

Dr Ravi Raj, Director of the department of Medical Sciences, on Sundy reviewed the condition of Bhagawan Baba. The Minister, Dr J Geeta Reddy, also enquired about the condition of Sri Satya Sai Baba.

Meanwhile, two medical experts from the USA have arrived and examined the Baba. Dr Kalpalata Guntupalli, an expert in respiratory disorders and Professor in Chief of the Boiler College of Medicine, Houston, and Dr Sridhar,  cardiac expert of the University of Colorado, have started treating the Baba, Dr Safaya said in the bulletin.

Meanwhile, the family members of Satya Sai Baba organized Mrutyunjaya Homam at Puttaparti, praying for speedy recovery of the Seer. (NSS)
