Hyderabad: Mr Devathoti Nagaraju (Peter) State Secretary of the Telugu Yuvata, the Youth wing of the TDP, has warned MLC Jupudi Prabhakara Rao against extending support to the YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy in the name of the Dalits and warned that the Telugu Yuvata would obstruct his programmes in support of the Congress rebel.

In a statement here on Friday, Nagaraju has said that Jagan was part of a party that robbed the Dalits for the past 56 years and the son of Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy who grabbed the lands of dalits and doled them away to the Wanpic organization in return for crores of rupees of gratification.

Stating that Jagan had amassed thousands of crores of rupees of public money and it was astonishing that Jupudi was extending support to him on behalf of all the Dalits in the state. Stating that the YSR Congress party would be short lived, he said it was highly objectionable that Jupudi was organizing a Yatra in support of Jagan, by accepting crores from the corrupt politician. He said the plan of Jagan that he was using Jupudi as a bait for catching the votes of the Dalits and that Jupudi had accepted money to support him was clearly understood by the dalits and intellectuals. Warning Jupudi to immediately desist from undertaking the Yatra on behalf of the Dalits, he said otherwise, the Telugu Yuvata would obstruct it. (NSS)
