Hyderabad: The Legislative Affairs and the Civil Supplies Minister Mr Sridhar Babu has appealed to the TJAC to rethink on organizing the ‘Million March’ on March 10 keeping the Intermediate students future in view. Speaking to the media at CLP office here on Friday, Mr Sridhar Babu said that Telangana region students would be the ultimate losers due to the proposed ‘Million March’ on March 10.
He said that it was not possible for the government to postpone the exam because the government has set the Intermediate exam dates keeping the all India competitive exams in mind. He also said that the proposed ‘Million March’ on March 10 would affect the ICSE and CBSE students’ future too.
Requesting the TJAC leaders to exempt the students from the ‘Million March’, the minister exuded confidence that the Centre would create separate State respecting the feelings of Telangana people.
On Endowments Minister Mr Jupally Krishna Rao’s resignation, Mr Sridhar Babu said that he was trying to achieve Telangana in his own way. He said that it was possible for him to speak to the Prime Minister only because he was a minister. (NSS)
