Vertical split in Satya Sai Trust

Posted by on April 20, 2011 1 Comment

Puttaparti: Satya Sai Trust has reportedly split into two groups as a culmination of supremacy in the management of the properties of Bhagawan Sai Baba’s Ashram. The value of the properties is estimated to be over a lakh-and-a-half crore rupees.

Though there have been news reports in the media about attempts at attrition, the government has been unconcerned. There is no evidence of any action from the government. There are valuable gifts worth several crores of rupees in the Green House of the Prashanti Nilayam. Reports say that these were being smuggled away. Devotees are worried that no one is bothered about the pilferage.

These doubts are getting strengthed even as the condition of Baba was being kept a secret. However, the government has not done anything to clear the doubts from the minds of the devotees. (NSS)
