Hyderabad: The secretary of the State committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), Mr B V Raghavulu, on Sunday called upon the working class to wage a struggle for withdrawal of the controversial GO No. 177 with May Day spirit.
Mr Raghavulu was addressing the workers after unfurling party flag in the party office here on the occasion of May Day celebration. The CPI-M leader said that the working class has to fight relentlessly for their rights in future. He also exhorted the workers to oppose the anti-worker policies of the government.
Mr Raghavulu also demanded that the State government take over lands from corporates and distribute them among the toiling masses. (NSS)
