Fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwalla has found a huge fan in actress Zarine Khan. The star who went from a whopping 100 kgs to her current 57kgs gives all credit to her gym instructor Yasmin Karachiwalla.
Speaking on his exercising schedule Zarine informs, “Every morning, I do pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin Karachiwalla. I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate and its sweets and fried food are strict no for me.”
With impressive results showing Zarine is even more encouraged to train harder. “In the next few months, results will be even more visible,” adds Zarine. TOI
