Actress Lindsey Lohan was warned by a Judge to enter a plea in a grand theft case which will ultimately end her up back in jail.
“Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz told Lohan he would sentence her to jail if she accepted a plea deal involving the theft of a $2,500 necklace from an upscale jewelry store. ……”If you plead in front of me, if this case is resolved in front of me, you are going to jail,” Schwartz said. “Period.”
She has already been sentenced. What can we say about the rule of law? However, there is the power to appeal. Never underestimate the arm of law. In response to the terror Lohan pleaded “Not Guilty” to the charge.
Subsequently, she has been speared much harsh sentencing for her repeated misdemeanors. Her father said that her unstabled psychological state is due to his divorce and that his daughter is not a thief but should receive counseling. She is also standing strong in the midst of drunken driving, possession of cocaine along with battery of rehab staff accusations.
So far she has escaped severe sentencing from many judges presiding in her cases. But Judge Keith Schwartz promised her the full treatment. Agencies
