London, Feb 9 (IANS) Actress Sigourney Weaver has revealed that she found the rumours linking her with filmmaker Roman Polanski most entertaining.
“I was on the cover of some English magazine saying I was having a big affair with Roman Polanski because somebody had taken a picture of me in a cafe with him in Rome, talking about doing Death and the Maiden together,” showbizspy.co.uk quoted Weaver as saying.
“He actually called to say, ‘Should we sue this magazine?’ And I said, ‘Oh Roman, this is the most interesting thing that anybody has ever written about me. Please let’s not sue them, let’s encourage them!'”
The “Ghostbusters” star recently insisted she considers being a parent and a wife more important to her than being a Hollywood star.
“I think most of my life changing experiences have been as a parent and as a wife – for a mother, just getting your child through the school system is a heroic job, and when I think of my life, I don’t think of my work, I think of my real life,” she said.
