Hyderabad: Alleging that the governance in the state had come to grinding halt after Mr. N Kiran Kumar Reddy became the Chief Minister, the BJP said that there was no leader to respond to public problems. It said that all the leaders including the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, PCC Chief and Mr. Chiranjeevi were doing rounds the rounds to Delhi for getting their own positions. Speaking to the media at State BJP office here on Wednesday, party’s official spokesperson Mr. NVSS Prabhakar has said that Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy had visited Delhi 15 times after becoming the Chief Minister of the State. He said that the Chief Minister was visiting Delhi even for small problems and making rounds to Raj Bhavan even on a decision on the appointment of DGP apart from Cabinet expansion, removal of 14(F), SC Categorization, Telangana issue or getting national status to the Pranahitha-Chevella project. He has alleged that the Chief Minister has forgotten about the Secretariat while making rounds to Delhi. There was no person to respond to the problems of the farmers though the Khareef season has already begun month ago.
He alleged that the children were not getting the textbooks though the schools have reopened a month ago and that scholarships and fees re-imbursement problems were not attended to. There was a threat that the medical colleges may lose their seats with the low turn out of the students, he bemoaned and said that the IIIT seats situation was also not much different.
Mr. Prabhakar has alleged that the Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Damodara Rajanarsimha was making statements on regional boards to Telangana, forgetting Telangana movement after becoming the DCM. Meanwhile, Mr. Botcha Sathyanarayana was making efforts to become the Chief Minister of the State, he said and added that Mr. Chiranjeevi was day dreaming about becoming of Chief Minister of the State instead of attending to the public problems.
He said that TDP Chief Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu, late leader Dr YSR, former Chief Minister Mr. K Rosaiah and the present Chief Minister Mr. N Kiran Kumar Reddy governments made unanimous resolutions on SC categorization and removal of 14(F) clause but the Centre was not in a position to response on these issues.
