Hyderabad: Alleging that some of the high command leaders like AICC general secretaries and others were misleading the AICC Chief Ms Sonia Gandhi on the Telangana issue, the resigned Telangana MLC Mr KR Amos has said that they have to own the responsibility for the uncertainty prevailing in the State.
Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Wednesday, Mr Amos said that there was no solution other than creating separate Telangana. Demanding the Centre to take a decision on Telangana issue sticking to the announcement of December 9, 2009, Mr Amos said that it was not proper for the Centre to talk of deliberations again. The Centre has to begin a process on creating separate Telangana, he said and added that the Justice Srikrishna Committee itself has clearly stated that it was not possible to the Telangana and Seemandhra people to live together further.
Accusing the AICC general secretary and State Party Affairs in-charge Mr Gulam Nabi Azad for speaking different versions in Hyderabad and in Delhi, Mr Amos said that Mr Azad should not forget that he pleaded with the TRS Chief Mr KCR for alliance in 2004 on the condition of separate Telangana.
