AP CM Leaves For Delhi

Hyderabad: The Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, left for New Delhi this evening.

Mr Reddy is reported to have been summoned to the national capital by the Congress high command to finalize the candidates for the Legislative Council.

The PCC president, Mr D. Srinivas, has already discussed about the candidates with the Chief Minister. A tentative list has been prepared by the two. A final decision is expected on the list during the Chief Minister’s visit to Delhi.

Latest political situation, Telangana agitation, Jagan factor and other issues are likely to come up for discussion during the Chief Minister’s meetings with the Congress leaders. (NSS)
