Botcha to take over as PCC chief on June 11

Hyderabad: The Transport Minister Mr Botcha Sathyanarayana has said that he will take charge as Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Chief on June 11 at 11 AM at Gandhi Bhavan. He stated that he will abide by the high command’s directions on holding the minister post or not.

Speaking to the media at his residence in Ministers’ Quarters here on Wednesday, Mr Botcha has opined that the party workers were expecting him to strengthen the party. He called upon the party workers to extend their cooperation for strengthening the party and said that he had no personal grudge against anybody in the party.

He said that he will discharge his duties efficiently whatever the task given to him by the party high command. He made it clear that the high command’s decisions were final and there was no scope for personal decisions.

Meanwhile, the Ministers Mr Danam Nagender and Mr Anam Ramanarayana Reddy supervised the arrangements in the Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday, for the new PCC Chief Mr Botcha’s taking over ceremony.
