Hyderabad, Feb.17 (NSS): Condemning the obstruction of the Governor’s speech and attack on Lok Satta floor leader, Dr Jayaprakash Narayan, and the Congress MLC, Mr Paladugu Venkata Rao, the Transport Minister, Mr Botcha Satyanarayana, urged the members not to repeat this sort of scenes in future.

Speaking to the media at CLP office here on Thursday along with ministers Mr Dokka Manikya Varaprasad, Mr Pinipi Vishwaroop, Mr Thota Narasimhulu and MLAs Mr Nageshwar Rao, Mr Anam Vivekananda Reddy and MLC Mr Rudraraju Padmaraju, Mr Satyanarayana said that the TRS members have to restrain themselves for some time as advised by the Prime Minister. He also urged the TRS to cooperate with the Centre in Constitutional process for formation of separate State. He said that the Speaker will take action against those responsible whoever it may.

Finding fault with the TDP Chief, Mr Nara Chandrababu Naidu, for remaining silent in House, he said that Mr Chandrababu was adopting dual stands and hence he was not controlling his members from obstructing the Governor’s speech.

Responding to a query, the minister said that some of the Congress MLAs and MLCs were trying to achieve Telangana in a peaceful manner. (NSS)
