Hyderabad: The Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, has said that the Cabinet will be expanded at an appropriate time. He also assured that the nominated posts would be filled after the ongoing Assembly session.
Speaking to the media after the review meeting on projects sanctioned in the Coastal Andhra here on Monday, the Chief Minister said that the Cabinet expansion will take place any time after the budget session. He said that the issue of filling of the posts of Speaker and Deputy Speaker will be sorted out very soon.
The Chief Minister also made it clear that the party high command would decide whether the Agriculture Minister, Mr Y S Vivekananda Reddy, should contest for MLA or MLC post. He said that there was no mistake in addressing a letter to him by the Transport Minister, Mr Botcha Sathyanarayana. The letter has many good advices to him, he added.(NSS)
