Central Bank Holds Health Check Up Camp

Hyderabad: Central Bank of India Ranigunj branch, on the eve of the Bank’s centenary celebrations, has organized ‘Free Health check-up camp’ at St Mary’s School playground, Secunderabad, in association with Lions Clubs International, Sarvasresta region, District 324-C2, region two. A team of specialists doctors including dentists, general physicians, gynacologists examined the patients and distributed medicines free of cost.

Bank’s Chief Manager, Hyderabad Zonal office, Mr S S Malik, informed in a press note that more than 500 patients participated in the medical camp. The programme was inaugurated by Mr Vijai Misra, Deputy General manager, Central Bank, Hyderabad Zone, while Lion SS Malhotra, district Governor of Lions Clubs International, was the chief guest. Mr Mahesh Desai, Chairman and M D of Meera O Ceiko Pumps Private Limited, was the guest of honour, and the function was attended by other dignitaries if Lions Clubs International and staff of Central bank. Mr R Rengarajan, Chief Manager, Central Bank of India Ranigunj branch, proposed a vote of thanks.


Mr S Sridhar, Chairman and Managing Director, Central Bank of India, and Mr Abu Hena, MLA of Lalgola, inaugurated the Financial Literacy and Credit Counseling Centre at Lalgola in West Bengal on March 1. Mr R K Dubey, Executive Director of the Bank and other officials were present on the occasion. (NSS)
