Hyderabad: The YSR Congress Party leader, Mr Gone Prakash Rao, has said that his Party Chief, Mr Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and the TDP Chief, Mr N Chandrababu Naidu, were no hurdles in the formation of separate Telangana State.
Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Thursday, Mr Prakash Rao said that separate State could be created with an endorsement of the Union Cabinet if the Centre was not in a position to introduce a Telangana Bill in Parliament. He also alleged that the Centre had made a deceptive announcement on Telangana issue on December 9, 2009. He alleged that the Centre has gone back on its announcement after 15 days and deceived the people of Telangana. He also alleged that the Centre’s delay tactics on the issue was the main reason for the State becoming a cauldron. (NSS)
