Hyderabad: Asking the resigned TDP leader, Mr Errabelli Dayakar Rao, to remember that there was no relation between the Congress and the TDP, the Nalgonda MP said the Congress leaders have submitted resignations being in the ruling party in protest against the Centre’s attitude, but the TDP Chief, Mr Chandrababu Naidu, was orchestrating Bus Yatra in Telangana and Padayatra in Seemandhra region simultaneously.
He said they would think on withdrawal of resignations only after creation of Telangana State and till then they would continue discussions and pressure building activities on the party and the government.
Responding to a query, Mr Gutha said the Telangana ministers were not attending to their duties and were only participating in the government programmes as ordinary party workers. They may be attending to their offices to clear emergency files, if any, he added. Warning the media, Mr Reddy requested the former not to lower the dignity of Telangana people’s representatives by telecasting and publishing false news against them. He also said the media houses have to behave if they want to stay in the region in the future.
The resigned Congress MLA, Mr R Damodar Reddy, has warned the media that they will be constrained to boycott it if it continuous to telecast or publish imaginary reports.
