CM, Chandrababu Naidu greet people on Srirama Navami

Hyderabad: The Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Sri Ramanavami on Tuesday.

In a message, the Chief Minister said that it is the tradition of people in every village to celebrate the festival and recall the righteous and most luminescent rule of Rama who was the very embodiment of valor and righteousness. He said Rama stood as a role model of the humanity all time. He said the values annunciated by Lord Rama man lay out the rules of ethics and human values, he said.

The State Government customarily presents presenting pearls (thalambralu) and clothes to Badradri Rama (at Badracahalam) on the day of Sri Ramanavami.

The Chief Minister will go to Badrachalam (Khammam district) and participate in Sitha Ramula Kalyanam on Tuesday. He will also present pearls (thalambralu) and traditional clothes to the Lord on behalf of the State Government.

The TDP Chief, Mr Nara Chandrababu Naidu said Rama, who was icon for good, was a model to emulate by every one in all times. He prayed Lord Rama to present prosperous to the people of the state. (NSS)
