Hyderabad: The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has conveyed Khara Nama Telugu Year’s greetings and good wishes to the people of the State and Telugu families residing in foreign countries. He hoped that the New Year would bring happiness and prosperity to the people of the State.
The PCC Chief Mr D Srinivas greeted the people of the State and Congress activists and leaders on the occasion of Ugadi Festival and Telugu New Year. In his message, he said that people have to sort out their problems, which may be severe in nature, in a mutual way.
The PCC is organizing ‘Khara Nama New Year’ celebration at Gandhi Bhavan on Monday. The Chief Minister Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC Chief Mr D Srinivas would take part.
The former Chief Minister and TDP Chief Mr N Chandrababu Naidu extended Ugadi and Telugu New Year greetings to all the Telugu people. He said that the people have to live in happiness in the Khara Nama New Year and added that every one has to work to eradicate poverty and to create a socialist society. (NSS)
