Hyderabad: Former endowment minister Mr Gade Venkat Reddy on Sunday stated that development of AP would be possible with integrated state only.
Talking to media persons at Assembly premises, he said the Seemandhra leaders, who are going to New Delhi on July 18th, would appeal the high command not to bifurcate the state.
He said the development of the state in every front was only possible with integrated state only.
He said the Seemandhra leaders would appeal to high command to adopt sixth recommendation of Justice Srikrishna commission, which clearly opposed the division of the state.
Admitting that separation of state would not solve the problem, he said the problems can be solved only through holding consultation process.
He recalled that the leaders in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh voted in favour of united Andhra Pradesh with 103 votes and opposed with 23 votes.
“That is why we are stressing for an integrated state and developed Hyderabad as state capital,” he stated.(INN)
