Chintalapudi MLA Maddala Rajesh has said that he had entered politics taking inspiration from late chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. He said that YSR was an inspiration to several youths like him.
Participating in the Padayatra of Sharmila, Rajesh, who joined the YSRCP said the welfare schemes introduced by late chief minister had reached the public. He alleged that with his death, administration in the State had come to a standstill. He said that several leaders apart from people were looking at YSR Congress now. He also claimed that over 100 MLAs of different parties were ready to join the party. He said public representatives had now understood that the people were now considering Jagan as the only alternative.
Over 70 MLAs ready, says Samineni:
Meanwhile,Krishnadistrict YSRCP convener Samineni Udaya Bhanu has said that more than 70 MLAs were ready to join the party. He demanded that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu introduce a no-confidence motion against the government, to disprove allegations of his collusion with the Congress. Referring to the remark of Naidu that the present government was Tuglak rule, he questioned why he was hesitating to move no confidence motion if it was Tuglak rule. (NSS)
