Hyderabad: A former legislator, Adusumilli Jayaprakash announced to approach the Supreme Court against the repel of clause 14F of Presidential orders of 1975.
Talking to media persons on Friday Adusumilli Jayaprakash said the deletion of clause 14F from the Presidential orders was against violation of Constitution of India.
He said that he would file a petition in the apex court seeking justice as it would harm interests of thousands of students in the state.
Meanwhile protesting the President giving her assent to deletion of controversial clause, the students Joint Action committee of Guntur announced to stage hunger strike.
The JAC said that by repeal of the clause 14 F, the students would lose opportunity to serve in the state capital.
The Seemandhra students Joint Action committee also took serious note on the President giving her nod to deletion of clause without consulting the constitutional experts.(INN)
