Hyderabad: The TDP senior leader, Mr Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu, has demanded that the former MP, Mr Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, answer what his party’s flag would reflect. He also asked the Centre as to how it allowed Mr Jagan to include the government schemes as symbols on his flag.
Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Monday, Mr Muddu Krishnama Naidu has questioned the Congress party as to why it was not objecting to Mr Jagan using the word ‘Congress’ in his new party titled ‘YSR Congress Party’. He also asked Mr Jagan whether YSR sounds Rs one lakh crore scam by late Dr YSR and Congress sounds bad rule.
He alleged that the Congress, which ruled the nation most of the years, has the history of making the poor poorer and rich richer. He said that the present Congress-led UPA government was afraid of bringing back the black money of Rs 23 lakh crores which were stashed in foreign banks.
He also demanded the Handlooms and Textiles Minister, Dr P Shankar Rao, who filed a public interest litigation against Mr Jagan in the High Court, as how he would bring back Mr Jagan into the Congress party fold, when he alleged that Mr Jagan had earned several lakhs of crores of rupees by irregularities. He demanded that the AICC president, Ms Sonia Gandhi, to answer on Dr Shankar Rao’s statement on Mr Jagan. (NSS)
