Hyderabad: Telugu Desam Party’s Floor Leader in the Legislative Council Dadi Veerabhadra Rao on Sunday demanded the state government to conduct written test for Sub-Inspectors of Police as the aspirants were on the verge of crossing the age cut-off limit.
Blaming the government for its failure to solve the Free Zone issue, Mr Veerabhadra Rao said that the inordinate delay poses a real danger that the aspirants may lose a chance to gain employment due to their crossing the cut-off age limit.
He appealed the government to take steps for conducting the test as early as possible.
The TDP leader stated the law and order problem in the state was deteriorating due to shortage of policemen and appealed to the government complete the recruitment process early. (INN)
