Hyderabad: Making it clear that their stand on YSR Congress party Chief Mr YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has not changed, the Telangana Political JAC Chairman Prof M Kodanda Ram said that they were still looking Mr Jagan as anti- Telanganaite. He said that the JAC will intensify the movement for separate Telangana state, from April 20, targeting the Centre and the State Ministers and MLAs from Telangana region.
Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Prof Kodanda Ram said that supporting Mr Jagan was nothing but opposing the Telangana. Accompanying Mr Jagan was nothing but working against the interests of the Telangana people, he added.
He said that the JAC was trying to set up a national level Telangana JAC. He stated that the JAC will concentrate on the future movement from Wednesday and will conduct the district level meetings.
Prof Kodanda Ram said that they were adopting a strategy that will bring pressure on the Centre during the elections in five States, and were not keeping silent as said by some leaders. He said that the JAC will conduct campaign in the districts from April 11 to bring awareness among the people on Justice Srikrishna Committee’s eighth chapter. (NSS)
