JC favours Telangana leaders to head PCC

Hyderabad: The Rayalaseema senior Congress leader, Mr J C Diwakara Reddy, has said that the Chief Minister, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, has to decide himself whether the coverts were there in the party or not.

Speaking to the media at the CLP office here on Tuesday, Mr J C said that he would abide by the high command’s decision on separate Telangana issue. He also stated that the Centre has to set up the Second SRC if it was necessary. He also said that the Telangana leader should be appointed as a PCC Chief if it was a tradition that if the Seemandhra leader becomes the Chief Minister. (NSS)
