Hyderabad: Lambasting the government for failing to run the House even on Friday, the CPM MLA, Mr J Ranga Reddy, has demanded that the House be adjourned sine die.

Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Friday after the House was adjourned for the day, Mr Ranga Reddy said that it was “shameful” on part of the government, which was wasting public money and valuable time, for not running the House properly.

He also warned the government that the people would punish it if it continued its adjournment culture further. He also faulted the Congress party for some of its MLAs demanding separate Telangana State and others favoring integrated State.

He has alleged that the ruling party was escaping from the discussion on public problems on pretext of Telangana issue. He also felt that the ruling party was destroying the State with its “wait and watch” policies.

Alleging that the Congress party was deceiving the people of the State, he said that it was playing games with the people without solving their problems. He also said that the Congress party was enacting dramas and wasting public money in the name of Assembly budget session. (NSS)
