Hyderabad: Doctors attending on the Congress senior leader, Mr G Venkatswamy, at the Yashoda Hospitals said that his condition remained critical.
Talking to the media on Saturday morning, the doctors said that Mr Venkatswamy was put on ventilator. However, his sugar level was normal, they said. They said he was conscious and was responding to treatment. They, however, said that they could not say as of now that his health condition was improving.
The octogenarian leader suffered heart stroke on Friday and was admitted to the Yasoda Hospital in Somajiguda. (NSS)
