Kiran agreed to talk to leaders of three regions: Anam

Hyderabad: The Finance Minister, Mr Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, has said that he and others had urged the Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy, to discuss the Telangana issue with the party high command and the Chief Minister responded favorably.

Speaking to the media at the CLP office on Friday after having an informal meeting for an hour with the Chief Minister along with the PCC Chief, Mr Botcha Sathyanarayana, the Minister, Mr Erasu Prathap Reddy, the Council Whip, Mr Y Shivarami Reddy, the Government Whip, Mr Kondru Murali and the resigned MLAs, Mr R Damodar Reddy, Mr Arepally Mohan and others, Mr Anam said that they discussed the prevailing situation in the State. The Chief Minister said the issue was very sensitive and complicated one and added that he would discuss the issue with the leaders of the three regions and convey their feelings to the high command. He hoped that an amicable solution would be found if the Chief Minister, the PCC Chief discussed the issue with the high command. He said that the problem will be solved with deliberations only.

Responding to the remarks of Ms Y S Vijayamma that the Congress party had deceived them, he said that he doesn’t want to speak politics on Dr YSR’s birth anniversary day.
