Hyderabad: The State CPI secretary, Dr K Narayana, here on Saturday said that the Kiran Kumar Reddy government will have shame and come to its senses if it was branded with a burning stick.
The CPI leader visited Indira Park where his State CPI-M counterpart, Mr B V Raghavulu, was observing fast demanding that the State government render justice to the BCs an STs in the State. Dr Narayana met Mr Raghavulu and extended his total support to his hungerstrike. He asserted that the Communist parties have sincerity on the public issues.
Stating that the CPM leader’s fast entered third day on Saturday, Dr Narayana chided the State government for remaining cool and negligent. Stressing the need for the government to respond to the people’s issue, the CPI leader warned that the ruling party would bite dust if it failed to solve the problems of the people.
Accusing the Kiran Kumar Reddy government of slipping into deep slumber, he demanded that the government wake up and respond to the people’s burning problems. (NSS)
