Hyderabad: The Chief Minister, Mr M KIran Kumar Reddy left for New Delhi at 4.15 pm on Wednesday.
Immediately after reaching New Delhi, the Chief Minister will meet the In-Charge of party affairs of the State, Mr Gulamnabi Azad. He was also scheduled to meet the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh and the APICC President, Mrs Sonia Gandhi on Thursday. He will discuss the matter of cabinet expansion with the party high command.
During his Delhi tour, the Chief Minister will seek the help of the centre over come the financial critical situation prevailed in the State. He will also request the Centre for speed up the process of declaration of Polavaram Irrigation project and Pranahitha-Chevella project as national projects.
The Deputy Chief Minister, Mr Damodaram Rajanarsimha was already in New Delhi.
