Hyderabad: The ā€˜Dā€™ Class Shop Owners Association of Kothapet Fruit Market has addressed a letter on Thursday to the Marketing Minister Mr Mukesh Goud ,bringing to his notice that the Management Committee of the Hyderabad Market Committee is unauthorizedly allowing and permitting many hawkers and cart pullers in and around the 36 D Class Shops of the Market causing inconvenience, disturbance to its business and some times they were manhandling the original allotters of 1986.

The Association also alleged in its letter that it has become a regular practice to the hawkers to disturb the original allotters and even they are bringing the staff of market committee. Many of the staff members are maintaining business with some carts, managing hawkers on benami names. The staff members are holding business partnership with those hawkers and some of them even doing Micro/Daily finance business.
The Association requested the minister to issue necessary orders to the Hyderabad Market Committee not to allow the carts or hawkers inside the D Class Shops area. The Association also appealed the minister to order an inquiry on the Management of Hyderabad Market Committee for their irregularities and collusion with the Rowdi sheeters, anti-social elements and the hawkers.
