Hyderabad: Finding fault with the Amalapuram MP Mr GV Harsha Kumar for addressing a letter to the AICC Chief Ms Sonia Gandhi, opposing the appointment of Mr Botcha Sathyanarayana as the PCC chief, and revealing the contents of the letter to the media, former MP Mr Mallu Ravi said that Mr Harsha Kumar’s attitude will create problems to the Congress Party. Mr Harsha Kumar should not make such statements in future, he added.
Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Tuesday, Mr Ravi said that Mr Harsha Kumar should have addressed the letter much earlier to the appointment of the new PCC Chief, if had any objections. He said that it was not correct for Mr Harsha Kumar to address a letter to Ms Sonia Gandhi based on some allegations against Mr Botcha. It was time to rebuild the party, he said and added that it was not proper for Mr Harsha Kumar to make such comments against the new PCC Chief at this juncture.
He said that the high command has given Deputy Chief Minister, Deputy Speaker posts to the Telangana leaders, and it has given the PCC post to the BC leader Mr Botcha. He also said that the high command allots the posts depending upon the time and circumstances.
