Hyderabad: The Telangana Congress senior leader, Dr K Keshav Rao, has said that there will be no division among the people even though the State was divided into two States. He said that the Chief Minister and the new PCC Chief have to understand the Telangana issue and act accordingly.
Speaking at the oath taking ceremony of Mr Botcha Satyanarayana as PCC Chief at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday, Dr Keshav Rao said the Telangana Congress leaders will move forward by convincing the Centre on Telangana issue.
Expressing happiness over the statement of the new Deputy Chief Minister, Mr Damodar Rajanarasimha, on Telangana issue, he said there was no need for him to solely fight for the sake of Telangana. He said that the Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy, also declared that he would abide by the decision of the Centre on Telangana issue.
