Hyderabad: Mr. Metaparti Venkat, CEO of the NTR Trust has said that the Trust has decided to provide three months vocational training to youth who have discontinued their studies and were unemployed. He said boarding and lodging facilities would be provided to them free of cost.
In a statement here, he said the training programmes would commence from April 10 and the Trust would also make efforts to get employment for the trained youth.
Training would be offered in two-wheeler mechanism, electrical work, refrigeration and air conditioners repair, mobile telephones repairing, carpentry, plumbing, bar binding and masonry. He said several big companies and corporate firms have come forward to offer training to the youth.
Mr. Venkat said those who discontinued school studies and unemployed youth could avail this opportunity. He said applications could be sent to the Chief Executive Officer, NTR Memorial Trust, Road number 2, Hyderabad 500034. (NSS)
