Hyderabad, Feb.12 (NSS): Stalemate is continuing in the deliberations between the Private Engineering Colleges’ Managements and State government, but both the sides decided to have deliberations once again on February 16 to finalise the issue.
After the deliberations with the Cabinet Sub-Committee here on Saturday at Secretariat, the Private Engineering Colleges’ Managements Union representatives said that they will announce their decision on closure of colleges depending on the outcome of the deliberations to be held on February 16.
The Cabinet Sub-Committee member and the Minister Mr Damodar Rajanarsimha said that the Private College Managements representatives demanded for the release of at least 50 percent of the total fees reimbursement fund. Thanking the Managements’ representatives for understanding the government’s problems, Mr Rajanarsimha exuded confidence that the deliberations on February 16 will come to a conclusion. (NSS)
