Task Force sleuths arrested a Saudi national who was duping people by promising to provide them jobs abroad.
On July 30, Mohammed Abdul Azeem Khan of Tolichowki approached police with a complaint against Alawi Asaad Tunsi, 43, a resident of Al-Azizia Zunibia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to the complainant, in June, 2010, Alawi, an authorised representative of Alawi Tunsi Establishment,came to Hyderabad from Jeddah and recruited some youth. After the interviews, he informed
Azeem was told he was selected for site administrator post , but he was taken as a `time keeper’ and paid meagre amount .
Azeem continued to work like till February 9, 2011.
Finally, when Azeem questioned Tunsi about the violation of the job contract, he was asked to leave the country. As he did not have any money, Azeem had to borrow from friends to reach Hyderabad in March 2011.
On Sunday, police got specific information that Tunsi arrived again in the city to recruit people to work in his firm. Police raided his office in Narayanguda, where he was conducting interviews, and arrested him. He was handed over to the Narayanguda police for further investigation. TOI
